High Temperature Tempering Treatment

Over 500 °C high temperature tempering can increase the toughness and its hardness.
AYPA machine body and welded parts are tempering, which can eliminate the internal stress and enhance the body stability to avoid deformation.

Install Screw and Calibrate Accuracy

Using high-precision dial gauges to measure and install the fixed and support end of the screw support seat. During the installation process, multiple adjustments are required to guarantee the position and performance of the screw, ensuring that the assembly accuracy of the entire machine meets high-precision machine tool standards.
